About the Pharmacy First Service

The Pharmacy First service is an NHS-funded initiative that allows you to get treatment for common health conditions directly from a pharmacy, without needing to see a GP first. Our qualified pharmacists can provide consultations, advice, and prescribe medications if necessary.

Important Information

This service is available to patients registered with a GP in Gloucester and surrounding areas. You must be present for the consultation, although parents/guardians can attend on behalf of children. The service is free for those who don't pay for prescriptions.

How the Service Works

Visit our pharmacy

No appointment necessary. Just come to our pharmacy during opening hours.

Our pharmacist will discuss your symptoms in a private consultation room.
